My irrigation … More system started having issues in late July that another irrigation company could not figure out and gave up. I called Capital Well and left a message which was promptly answered . The gentleman that I spoke with was very informative and scheduled an appointment to have someone from their irrigation company and look over the issues. Rob Ackerson was able to quickly determine that my pump was causing the issues and suggested a new pump and set up along with some upgrades to my current system and set up. Rob's knowledgeable team came out the following Friday and installed the new pump and upgrades along with installing an additional sprinkler head to one of my zones. Initially there was a cycling issue with the pump which was promptly addressed by Rob and Gregg who installed a control valve switch which corrected the cycling. Capital Well is a company that I highly recommend to anyone experiencing issues with their irrigation, pump, or well. Kudos to all for a job well done.

Big shout out to my technicians Matt and Nick. They were friendly, efficient, and best of all took the time to answer my questions, help me understand, explain what was happening, what to expect, and what to do. When I had questions they called me back at 7pm, when I needed help the next morning they came right back at 8am.   We contacted Capital Well after two previous companies couldn't seem to get the job done right (Culligan and A and B Water … More Systems). There was also a smaller third company that did solve a lot of problems with the system, but ultimately it was not designed correctly for us so there's only so much that could be expected from it. We have super high Manganese and Iron. So after thousands of dollars and two potassium permanganate systems, we called Capital Well in Dunbarton NH. I knew they were going to be expensive because I've seen their systems in many high end homes that I service as a contractor. I gave them a blank check and an ultimatum; "Don't even start if you are not positive you can give me perfect water..."
  Seven years later, water is still absolutely perfect - without question. The picture is not well lit but it shows four(4) tanks, large salt tank in front, and a high capacity carbon-based filter on the output. I sourced the carbon filter and change it as needed (annually) myself.
  We have an 18,000 gallon pool and we run about 5,000 gallons of filtered water to it each Spring to get it up to level in addition to whole house filtering of our artesian well. I doubt the company would recommend I do this but so far it's working perfectly.
  Capital Well may not be the cheapest. If you're price shopping just go to one of the other loser companies - don't say I didn't warn you. If you want it done right - I can only speak of my personal experience - Capital Well.
  BTW, I've also heard great things about LaChance in Tilton NH and we have had them out for some simple maintenance. They are an honest and knowledgeable bunch but smaller outfit than Capital.

  Never thought I would write a 5 star review after dropping serious money on an emergency no water situation on a Sunday but here … More we are. We lost water on Saturday afternoon and I called a bunch of well companies in the area. Capital Well was able to come the next day so I decided to go with them (two small children at home and really needed to have water). Jacob was absolutely amazing to work with, from the phone call on Saturday afternoon to the texts that if we needed any help with the fix we were going to to try first give him a call. Which I ended up having to do at 8:30 at night after driving all over to find a part. He talked me through installing it and troubleshooting (and mind you if this had worked we would not have had to have them come out at all, so ultimately he was helping me out out of the goodness of his heart). Needless to say it did not work so he came on Sunday...he knew we had little kids and so he was there at 7:30am to get started. Turns out we needed a new well pump and he gave me a couple of options with different price points and explained each one with absolutely no pressure to go for the more expensive option. He was quick, efficient, super thorough and had us up and running in no time. He was so great at explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend using Capital Well!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Capital Well for the expertise and the ethics. Their chief water specialist saved me almost $1000 in stuff I was planning to purchase did not need and found the root of my water problem (a mis-drained water softener system, dumping dissolved salts into my well) which I would have attributed to road salts. We put a plan together for the short term --only one small purchase necessary-- and for the long term as components age. This is my company of choice for all things water.UPDATE JANUARY 2020: I've been struggling with well questions in a new house outside the Capital Well area. I needed a trusted source to help me figure out what was going on and see if I was getting good answers. I turned to my old friends at Capital Well. They did not disappoint! They gave me their view on what I was seeing and avenues for exploration and remediation, free of charge and happy to help. It was a real boost. I was able to ask the right questions of the local wellco and push them for improved solutions. Once you're in the Capital Well family, you're in for life. They love what they do and are passionate about customers and their water.

Water tests … More from the inspection showed high levels of arsenic and manganese and the lender refused to close until remediation took place. Alex, Tony, and Travis were so helpful in working with us, even though we were out of state at the time. They scheduled appointments with realtors and got the current systems cleaned up and in good working order, and Travis meticulously installed a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. Tony went above and beyond answering all our questions and offering to take calls outside of business hours. (He even came to the house to welcome us once we had arrived.) They didn't have the right color faucet in stock when they did the initial install, so the day after we closed on the house, Travis came to replace it with the correct color. At that point, it was two weeks after the initial appointment and I couldn't figure out why I hadn't gotten a bill yet. Upon calling the billing coordinator, I found out they hadn't billed me because they hadn't yet finished the job (changing the color of faucet.) These people have great customer service and truly know their stuff! We highly recommend them.

My Husband and I are selling our home; the buyers … More home inspector's test results indicated bacteria present in our well.From the moment I contacted Capital Well their professionalism, knowledge, integrity and responsiveness was amazing!!!They thoroughly explained often times samples are not collected correctly (say, from a kitchen sink) producing a positive bacteria result when in fact there isn't bacteria in the well. Now, me not knowing much about wells, testing....etc. - there was a definite opportunity for this company to skip directly to chlorinating our well (EXPENSIVE!!! and not 100% guaranteed to remove all bacteria) and make some money. What they did was the opposite - suggesting their company properly collect the sample and test it....(A MUCH cheaper alternative) Turns out - NO BACTERIA PRESENT, saving us a boatload of money.Unfortunately, companies with integrity are few and far between. EVERY company should treat it's customers the way Capital Well treated us. I will ALWAYS recommend this company!! You're making a huge mistake if you don't utilize their services!!!! The water quality specialist came out to our home within a week, reviewed our recent radon water test with us, was very clear on what we needed to do to correct it. The installation crews were here 3 days later and installed the radon mitigation system. A week later, the specialist returned to review the installation with us, collected a treated water analysis which showed the radon was being removed from our water. I could not be more pleased with Capital Well’s outstanding customer service, professionalism and amazing follow through, not to mention the quality of their work which was superior. This is clearly a first class operation that understands how to take care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of water services!

My first experience with this company was because we had trouble with a … More water test result on a home we were purchasing (the water test was not done by Capital Well), and as you can imagine I was very anxious to figure out the issue with the results, so I called Capital Well first since the well and water treatment systems were all installed by them. I talked to Brad, and he absolutely blew me away with his knowledge and expertise of not only water treatment systems and wells, but in particular our very own well and filtration system, he had a very good recollection of the property we were purchasing. He knew right away what was wrong with the way our initial water test was done, and also knew the results of Capital Well's test on our system earlier that year, and he walked me through why our water test was most likely inaccurate and assured me of the results Capital Well had gotten from this home's water supply. On top of that he got us scheduled for a new water test, with Capital Well of course, the very next day, so that we could see the accurate test results and still have them in time for our home purchasing time-frames. We ran into one small hiccup the next day, and they were unable to test the water that day after all, BUT the customer service at Capital Well called me to schedule it for first thing the next morning, and insisted on covering all costs for the water test AND on top of that they even drove our water test to the lab immediately after testing it so that we would still have our test results back as quickly, and they didn't charge us a thing!! I can't tell you how relieved this experience made me feel, to know that we were buying a house that had such a great water supply and to know that we had such an amazing company on board with us. I am happy to say that we are in our new home now, and are overjoyed that Capital Well will be servicing and testing our water system annually, we couldn't be happier to have them in charge of our water supply in our first home. Since moving in we have been thrilled with our well and water treatment system, they really did a fabulous job with everything, as we are so happy with the water at our new home thanks to Capital Well!

Dealing with a well company from a renters perspective with a landlord who was not coroperative was not easy and because he neglected his well for so many years I needed a well company who knew what they were doing and what tests needed to be done to test the water for bacteria.
